READING The Ship That Never Was, by Adam Courtenay. It’s a narrative non-fiction about convicts in Van Diemen’s Land who stole a ship to escape.

WATCHING Golden Fiddles. Made in the very early 90s, it’s an adaption of the book of the same name by Mary Grant Bruce, from the inter-War period. I loved the book as a child, so it’s been a fun watch on Prime.
